The way I beat the chapter ?7 was a cheap one I simply put my best defense guy in his javelin range then once he runs out I used flux and my killer bow and the rest of the gang (not single ranged attack due to the sword) then he will fall to your keens begging for mercy ding you have successfully beat chapter 7

I agree that is one of the ways to do this. I on the other hand used Erika for this. People may think she doesn't have proper stats but what I do is give her as much exp as possible before this fight. Then after getting to the boss rinse and repeat attacking the boss pulling back and healing with either respective healer [Moulder or Natasha] until she is either at a point where she can slowly lower them down or once she is like level 15 or up use her upgrade item and this should be fairly easy. Just following the point of healing her every other attack until he goes down. This is of course if u only want to risk Erika in the process and not put any other unit on  the line to run his javelins down.
