I downloaded the RGR plugin and instantly on any web page I get add spammed.

Is this coincidence or does the RGR make ad revinew off of me surfing the web. I noticed the plugin is not browser specific and at the time I got these pop up ads they also were not browser specific.

I could try removing the RGR plugin and see if the ads go away. In fact I would gladly give an update when I did that but I already started posting and I can not make updated info until I get a reply. Not only do I get pop ups but I get new tabbed windows. Its killing me here. Its not as bad as it could be by any means but if it is the RGR plugin I will not stop complaining.

I hope I'm wrong in my suspicion. I apologize for posting this if I happen to be wrong. I refuse to apologize if I happen to be correct.

I look forwarded to replies upon this subject. I look forwored to clearing this up so if its not the RGR plugin I can narrow it down till I find and fix this issue.

Only if you play as a guest will it have ads.

If you are signed in at vizzed, then there shouldn't be ads.

Do you mean that you are getting adds in the plugin window? If that is the case, refer to tRIUNE. If you are meaning just in general, I can say it isn't the plugin. I have never had that issue after getting the plugin. Make sure you are signed into your profile when you try to play a game so you can be rid of the adds in the game window.

Seems I fixed the issue. It was a mail ware program. I have no clue as to where it came from but it started after my vizz plugin download and it was not just the game window. It was any webpage. Sorry for accusing vizz but its hard not to when I generally do not get viruses. after it began directly after I installed vizzed plugin I can not see any other culprit. Anyway I got rid of it with mailwarebytes.

The vizzed plug-in certainly does not contain malware or adware.

It seems just a coincidence that ad/malware seemed to kick in then.
I routinely scan for malware and do not have anything on my system, just to anyone concerned with downloading the plug-in.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
