i beat jtotherock 35-7 I Was the bengals he was the broncos Jordan recorded. heres the screen shot?

Here's the short recap of their playoff matchup.

Boom got opening kickoff. Scored on an 80 yard bomb to AJ Green on first play of the game. Wide open.

jtotherock23 - Got the ball back and had a nice methodical drive capped by a 30 yard TD to D. Thomas. Tie game.

Boomer's next drive stalled on a 4th and 1 pass play gamble in the redzone. But his defense stepped up nicely and forced a turnover on downs and gave him the ball where he originally had it. Then two plays later took a 14-7 lead on a Run by B. Green-Ellis. Huge turn of events.

jtotherock23 Got the ball back at half with good field position on a surprise onside. Couldn't get much offense going and Prater wound up missing a 43 yard FG wide left.


Boomer took control and scored on a 60 yard bomb to J. Gresham to take a 21-7 lead and all of the momentum.

The end of the 3rd and beginning of the 4th consisted of 3 turnovers on downs. 2 by jtotherock23 and one by Boom sandwiched together.

Boom got the ball back and got what would be the clinching TD by B. Green-ellis up the middle on a goal-line play.

A quick short onside gave boom the ball back and a bomb to AJ Green in garbage time right at the end of the fourth to take a commanding 35-7 lead and win at the buzzer.

Fun game to watch. Good job boomer on moving on to the next round.

He chose the 49ers and I chose the Texans.

I took an early 14-0 lead but I had an accidental short kick on my 2nd score that led to a nice kickoff return td from there my defense was good but I had 3 really bad fumbles on offense that wound up in the end costing me dearly. bob won 17-14.

Unfortunately for some reason the video didn't take even though I've rarely had issues with it (I just did one earlier for boomer)

So I can confirm that bob won the playoffs, but I wasn't able to upload a video.

boomer1709 : GG today. I was hoping you were going to play as the vikings again to avoid some of those huge passing plays, that didn't work out so well in my favor. If you're going to lose it might as well be to the best. Good luck in the rest of the tourny!

bobq : Yeah the file was corrupted somehow. Not sure why. I'm very sorry about that.

As far as my completion percentage. I only threw the ball like 5 to 8 times the whole game lol.

As far as how David will score it, I have the feeling he will want us to re-play it since that's what he's done the whole tournament, but I wanted to let him know the final score in case he changed his mind for the playoffs.

If he wants us to play it again, I am free tonight around the same time.

Jordanv78 : The scores of the games in the playoffs don't really matter. You guys will either have to replay your matchup or whoever lost the matchup can simply choose to forfeit to the other user (that's what I did in a matchup where I lost and the recorded video didn't turn out).

Here's a tip that I discovered involving recording videos. Soon after you've started your recording, right click the video file that's being recorded and check the file size of it. If the file size is above 0 (should probably be in the MBs right away) than it's safe to assume it's recording properly. Also, try to always stop the recording before you close the game window.

It was a close game but once again fumbles came back to haunt me like they have been all tournament. I mean 3 fumbles in the 2nd half for me? Crazy how many I must've had this whole tourney.

Yeah it was weird about the recording. I almost never have a problem doing so. Just a weird instance where the file became corrupt.

Jordanv78 : That's funny because it was MY fumbles that caused my loss to you!

Jordanv78 : Yeah I hate fumbles, that's why I usually try to run near the sideline, if you fumble than you sometimes fumble out of bounds.

Lynchcats : Yeah but these fumbles weren't on Flea Flicker plays they were fumbles by my RB's in the open field. I think most of the fumbles I had vs you were on the sack fumble variety.

Davideo7 : Yeah I mean come on, 3 Fumbles by my RB's in the second half? I should have kept a tally on how many fumbles I had in this game in this tournament (More of an issue than last years game) I can tell you it's probably more than 20.

Ah well good luck to the remaining contestants in this years tourney. I will just hope my luck with the fumbles turns around in next years game.

Thanks for re-opening the thread.  I beat play4fun 35-21, I used the Patriots, he used the Giants.  I lost the screencap I had for the game as my laptop shut down on me when it overheated, but play4fun should be posting the video up later today.
