I think Magicarp would be the weakest .. lets face it .. lvl 5 0r lvl 20 ... splash can't do anything Ok? And tackle isn't gonna hurt a Pokemon at the same lvl as you alot.

Weakest Pokemon, eh? I'm not sure, but according the PokeDex, it's Magikarp . I wouldn't be surprised it it's true... that floppy little fish can't be too strong... I'm not 100% sure, though.

R-e-g-e-s-I-s I know he is one of those legendary pocket monsters but he just sucks his stats are halved for 3 or 4 rounds and a battle I usually like two rounds so you cant argue I mean you need three legendary pocket monsters to get a weak magic-a-r-p that can become strong if it last a long time in a battle but becomes weak again at the end of the battle do you get what I was trying to say now but maybe magic-a-r-p ties for the weakest that is  my opinion I am sorry about saying pocket monster but the correction thing is bugging me same for the dashes

I would obviously say Magikarp. He can only learn Splash and possibly Tackle which is pretty dumb to be honest. One of the weakest in existance. But of course you can just evolve it and it can learn much more moves that way. Magikarp is just useless.

Stat wise Sunkern's the weakest as it has the lowest base stats out of all the Pokémon. Move pool wise Unown would probably be the weakest as it can only learn Hidden Power. And then there's Magikarp, even the PokeDex talks about how weak/useless Magikarp is.
