Aww, cheese. My Hawks lost... By a lot.  The Hawks would usually win by a bunch or just stay close. I was disappointed.

Pacers vs. Wizards.. Go Wizards I guess, lol.

legacyme3 : Yeah me too. Curry's crazy shots made Golden State lose. Better take better shots next time around I guess, heh.

Black Bot :

What?

No.

His crazy shots are how GS was even in it.

They lost because they had no answer for Blake Griffin or DeAndre Jordan. They were dominated in the paint.

That's the big reason why everyone predicted that once Bogut got injured, it was already LA's series to win. GS just made it interesting.?

legacyme3 : Yeah, but near the end he kinda shot the ball that didn't even hit the rim which could have tied it up.

Yeah, Blake and DeAndre killed it, but still.

I already thought LAC would win because of those players.

Black Bot :

You can hardly blame him for that shot.

LA knew the ball was going to him. They could double team him and force him to hit a crazy shot.

He had to take that running shot or they were definitely going to lose.

Wasting the shot clock to get him an open look meant certain defeat. He had to release the ball then and there.

The ENTIRE reason GS lost last night was Griffin and Jordan.

The last time a team scored 121 in a game 7 loss?

The 1966 LA Lakers, when they lost to the Hawks.

You don't often score that much and lose.

The reason they lost wasn't the scoring.

Actually it's the other way around. The Hawks were the ones to lose to the Lakers because that's the year they lost to the Celtics in the latter's eighth and final consecutive championship. Now it gets interesting as the Heat takes on a team they couldn't beat all season.

Damn!!! PLAYOFFS IS HERE!
I got my money on L.A Clippers,
Spurs and Oklahoma. Damn I hate
Miami I'm getting tired of them getting
the spotlight. Mostly Lebron I really hate
him. He always rips off Michael Jordan,
He even shows off in front of  Michael.
He's more of being showman than a
great ball player.

I'm a Portland Trail Blazers fans, so I'll say that Blazer will win the 2K13-2K14 NBA, but, Spurs are great to, and Clippers also great, so, it's still everybody game

But Lillard and Aldridge are great

Banenzo : Betting on three teams? It's be hilarious if all three of those teams lost and the Portland Trailblazers are the ones who advance to the NBA Finals.

As for LeBron James, I'm not a fan of his, nor do I really like him, but I have to acknowledge that he is one of the greatest in the game. Is he better than Jordan? In my opinion, not at all. But he is a great basketball player, even though I don't want to admit it.

iambima : I don't think that the Blazers will win. I actually think that they have the hardest path right now to the championship. Right now, they're facing a veteran Spurs team that can give the Blazers a lot of trouble (and have during the season I might add). If they do manage to beat the #1 Spurs, they have to go to the Western Conference Finals against the winner of the Clippers/Thunder matchup.

They'll struggle in both matchups. The Thunder is a high scoring team from three, and even though they have Lillard, the Clippers and Thunder both have great PG (Pail who can score, steal, assist, and play defense) and Westbrook (who can score, force turnovers, and play good transition offense). Both PG will be hard for Lillard to matchup with (although Westbrook is turnover prone, so he might be a little easier to guard).

Then there's the big man issue. The Thunder will be easier to deal with because unlike the Clippers (who have the beastly big man duo of Griffin and Jordan), the Thunder don't really have a big man who can be a major factor on the boards and in transition offense (by that I'm pretty much talking about fast break alley oops and dunks). What the Thunder DO have, that the Blazers will have a lot of trouble with, is the scoring god known as Durant. His ability to make shots from anywhere will cause a lot of Trouble, especially since they don't have a SF who can matchup with him, and their PF Aldridge isn't fast enough or agile enough to keep up with Durabt.

If the Blazers do have the luck of pulling off two upsets and advance to the NBA finals, they'll probably be playing against the Heat, who has arguably the best player in the game right now in LeBron. Sure, they don't have a big man, but the Heat have very good players who can push a Heat lead from 5 to 20 in a matter of minutes. Portland is a high scoring offensive oriented team, but they need to play better defense if they want any chance at winning (their opponents score a lot, albeit they were facing the Rockets).

That was one crazy first round. A bunch of NBA records were set, such as 50 total games, 24 road wins, 23 games determined by 5 or less points, 15 by a single possession, most OT games in a single round (I believe it's 12 or 13 that happened in the first round), most consecutive OT games in a single series (4 straight in the Thunder vs. Grizzlies series), and most game 7's in NBA history (5: Thunder vs. Grizzlies, Clippers vs. Warriors, Nets vs. Raptors, Spurs vs. Mavericks, and Pacers vs. Hawks). This was one of the most intense first round series I have ever seen, even if there were a couple of boring series (like Heat vs. Bobcats and Pacers vs. Hawks). Overall, I really liked this first round, and one as epic as this one will probably never happen again.

As for the second round, the Wizards are still impressing me with their unselfish passing game that leaves the defense in shambles and gets points on the board. Pacers have done well to get back into it, but if the Wizards are anything like the Hawks (which they are and more), and if the Pacers keep playing at the s**tty pace that they have played with so far this postseason (who am I kidding, over the past month), the Wizards will probably win in 6.

I did not expect the Clippers to give the Thunder a good ol' fashioned spanking in Game 1 on their own floor. This is the year of the road warriors as Wizards beat Pacers on their own floor too.

The Pacers are playing a lot better overall. They aren't doing too well tonight, but are making a little comeback. I think they will win and at least make it interesting against the Heat. I was glad to see the Nets win last night though. I would still like to see Pacers / Spurs in finals with the Spurs sweeping my beloved Pacers, lol!

Well the Nets finally won, but I don't honestly see them winning more than one more game against the Heat.

Looks like the Pacers managed to beta the Wizards 4-2. I must say, the Pacers have been downright disgraceful in some of their losses so far this postseason. I want them to beat the Heat, but considering how inconsistent they have been, it probably won't happen.

Also, Spurs made the Blazers look like an 8th seed. It was a tight series, but it seemed as if San Antonio Spurs struggled more against the Mavericks than the Blazers. That might not be the case, but that's what I believe.

Well thankfully the Pacers won game 1 today. They got a lot more free throws though so hopefully they can still find ways to win even if they don't go to the line that much. It was still a heck of a win for them and really showed they are for real again. Actually since they got rid of Bynum they have won all but one game in the playoffs and two of them were by at least 10. It would be good to see another team win the title. Hopefully the Pacers can at least knock the Heat out so we can have a new champion.

PG with a huge game to beat the Heat. He had 37 points and had a bunch in the last quarter of play. Still, the Heat are up 3-2 in the series so it could still be tough to come back..

With Ibaka OKC has won 7 straight vs the SAS. Lets see OKC defeat the Spurs 3-2! XD

Sorry for my abbreviations, I hope some people know them. o:

I would have imagined the Hawks vs Heat in the Conference Finals but oh well.

Black Bot : It's impossible to beat a team 3-2. I'm assuming that you were trying to say lead the series 3-2.

Barring an incredible overtime play, the Thunder are about to lose to the f***ing Spurs.

Sigh.

Go Heat. Only way to beat the evil empire I guess.

I hate having to root for the Heat.

I can't believe the Spurs won in OKC. Didn't see that coming.

Rematch of last year. Lets hope the Spurs can redeem themselves and stop the Heat in the Finals.

June 5th come as quickly as possible.

megamanmaniac : I wasn't

I was only surprised that all of the previous games are blowouts. (The calls on both sides have been sloppy though) They made a bad mistake of playing all those minutes for all the OKC starters in Game 4, no matter how young they are. And today, when there was basically no bench for them, they have to play their starters, where as the Spurs can rely on different people on different nights.

It's time for the revenge of the NBA Finals. Spurs are better and mostly healthy. (Parker is down but the injury happened the game before. Shouldn't have played tonight. The rest will help) As long as everyone stays healthy and play the Spurs system, Heat will have a hug problem on their hands. I trust the team play and the beautiful ball movement will prevail over the athleticism and flashy moves. #GoSpursGo #DriveFor5

legacyme3 : This is you ----> Anakin: "From my point of view, the Jedi are evil"

You know that the Heat is the evil ones here. Spurs are the only team that is capable of beating the Heat. If OKC won, Heat will automatically win. They were a couple of seconds off from doing so last year. They are deeper this year. This is the best chance to stop the Heat from 3-peating.
