Aye guys, what about Resident Evil 5 and 6....i think its safe to say that the Resident Evil part of Capcom is in really bad shape after that.  I mean i would rather play the older ones with block graphics and fixed camera angles!

Because the graphics have gotten better horror should be an easier feat.
Unfortunately the people in charge think that cut scenes and graphics are the key to terror.
They are wrong. It takes allot more.
The main goal of the games have changed from survival to shoot-em-up.
Works for C.O.D.
Does not work for Resident Evil. (Regardless of how much Doom can scare people.)
It is not the same Ball Park. Not even the same sport.
You are correct. Resident Evil Needs to go back to its roots.

COD Modern Warfare 2 and 3 and Black Ops 2 (as well as Ghosts if it doesn't do anything new). The og MW is fine and I thought Black Ops 1 was pretty great too. I don't really have an opinion on WaW.
Also pretty much every sports game with a yearly installment and most Pokémon games.
