Zelda the minish cap crashes at certain spots in the game namely trying to get the bottle in the item shop( when entering the item shop as minish link, and in the ice dungeon at the end of the lily pad segment when trying to go through the doorway. The second crash prevents progress in the game

This is a Quite old problem that has been around for some time... Some areas of the game can't be emulated by the RGR Plug-In.

I will be closing this mainly because it is a problem that has spawned MANY threads. Just follow the link eddy provided.  That thread has the only known methods of getting around this issue. doesn't work for everyone though.
