Divine Aurora : After a short period of time the local authorities are alerted and begin searching the area around the asylum, but thankfully you got off the grounds before they were alerted. As your walking down the side of the highway someone stops and offers you a ride. Being extremely paranoid you think
he's a cop and kill him, get in his car and, not knowing what your doing, drive off the road and hit a tree leaving your body mangled and twisted beyond recognition. Seeing what was left of your body, I don't think they'll even be able to cremate you.

I imagine a person who works at a Radiation power plant who accidentally gets locked in one of the chambers unsuspectingly and his co-worker turns the machine on spraying him with radiation and heating him slowly over 200 degrees. He doesn't die till the day after this accident due to the burns.

You say "Get off me." the cat in response says "I must be pet or I claw your eyes out." not knowing if your dreaming you stare at the cat, bewildered because you never thought cats could ever speak. The cat says after several seconds of not being pet "I warned you." and then claws out your eyes. You slowly and painfully bleed out.
