Depended on what subject the test I was taking was in. If it was a math test ( I hate math) it would usually take me the entire period of class to finish the test. If the test was on a subject like in science particularly biology or history I would typically finish the test and have plenty of time to either work on homework from another class, study, or read a book to pass the time.

I always finish my tests extremely early. Everyone is always in awe when I had in my test because they are only half way through. I am smart, but that isn't the only reason I finish early. If I don't know the answer to a question, I just guess instead of sitting on that one question for 10 minutes. I usually play with my pen until the period is over.

Many many times have I finished early. The only thing about it is that when I am done, I really can't do anything but sit. It's so quiet during test time that I feel if I go through my backpack to find my book, it would disturb the eerie "peace" going on.

It really depends on the subject. If it's something like Science (Bio to be specific), which I am very good at, I usually have time to spare after. I once got an exam done in 45 minutes. If it's something like Math on the other hand, I usually take a lot longer as it is one of my weakest subjects and I struggle with it at time to time.

I can't remember the last time I didn't have at least 15 minutes left over at the end of a test. Some of my teachers were extremely strict, so all I could do was sleep for that time. Otherwise, I would read one of the Pern novels I carried around with me during the day.

I was one of those who took my time with tests. It seemed to me that some people raced to see who could finish the test the quickest. I'm not sure why because then you'll have to sit there and wait for everyone else anyway. As for the time left over, teachers just want to make sure you'll have plenty of time to finish the test before the class ends so you don't feel like you have to rush to finish on time.

Most of the times I have. It may be because I hurry a lot when I write my tests, and that is probably the main reasons for me to fail. I just want to get out of the classroom as fast as possible. Now that I think about it I really need to stop doing that... :/

My college classes are an hour and a half long and this morning we had a test. It was 65 questions and I finished it in 30 minutes. I was able to leave once I gave the test in which meant that I had two and a half hours of free time before my next class.
