Not at launch no. But that is their eventual goal yes. Whether your expected to pay for it, despite owning a copy, i do not know.

Does anyone know if the PS4 will have better voice commands than Xbox One?

I hope that the PS4 will be able to let you play games that you bought through the console. I have spent a lot of money on buying things on the console and I hope to continue playing them on the PS4.

I'm definitely eyeing on getting this some time next year when the launch price drops, but I must ask, has anyone here have the PS4 on the launch date? Are you enjoying it?

I have been looking forward to the PS4 for a long time, but I don't think I'll be getting one until March or April of next year at the earliest. It's partly because of money, but even if I had the money right now, I just have no interest in putting up with the launch issues. The Blue Light of Death will be fixed in time, and there'll be more games to play in April or so.

Currently, the only games out that really interest me are NBA 2k14 and Knack.

legacyme3 : I will also be waiting until March (my birthday) to get one, but not because of bugs or money. I have a PS3 now and I still play it all the time. I just got a new game (NHL 14) that I love playing. What is the point of getting a PS4 if the PS3 still has new stuff? So I will wait until March to get it. By then they will probably stop making PS3 games and there will be a lot of PS4 games that I want to play.

Simple. If the new stuff on PS4 interests you more than the stuff on PS3.

There are a total of 2 (maybe 3) games on the PS3 yet to release that I'm interested in, and probably won't also be on the PS4.

So Sony is claiming that the Blue Light issue is because of damage taken during shipment, which makes sense, since apparently less than 1% are being affected by it.

XBox One is also having problems with the disc drive and various other issues.

What does this tell us? Probably that we should never buy console immediately after launch.
Will I head this warning if we get a PS5 and I have enough money for it at launch? Probably not.
We all continue to gamble on new consoles, and understandably so, since we've only been waiting a year for it.

That said, I can't wait to get a PS4. I'm psyched about it. It looks awesome, and it already has a promising lineup, how much better will it be when I finally set back $400+ for it? lol

Anyone excited about any particular title? I'm really anticipating Tom Clancy's "The Division", personally, but then there are many others that I look forward to as well. Most of those titles I anticipate are the refreshingly non-shooting based games.
