Yes you are right but think about it kyogre is faster and 1 hit with hydro pump has gone and I agree with the better Pokémon in ruby like zangoose I love that Pokémon.

to be honest dude i just started ruby i finished emerald i really liked emerald it was pretty good for a beginner but about ruby graphics are different i  thought they where gonna be the same and sapphire ill probably play that when i finish ruby but please tell me which one is better cause i havent played sapphire but i like the legendary pokemon on the front of it i think his name is kyogre but yeah ill probably go with sapphire even though i havent played it but they are all the same right if not correct me please

I'm into Pokémon Sapphire more than I am into Pokémon Ruby mainly because I played Pokémon sapphire before ruby. Also Sapphire is pretty addictive to play as well. In which this case means that I like Sapphire more than Ruby.

I like Ruby better. I like the exclusive Pokémon better in that one, besides Groundon vs. Kyogre. But Emerald is better than both of them. There isn't really anything worse about it. Animated sprites, cooler trainer outfits, and Battle Frontier. However, this is a this or that thread, so I'm going to have to close it.
