I think the clefable just past the nation park was supposed to be scizor (this is fixed in the update as well...)

but rest assured porygon 2 is in the game (I downloaded and tore apart the rom you guys are using)

so that maxes out at 249 total if you clone stones... (which I don't know how to do)

Happy to have it finished now. Sweet scent REALLY helps a lot in tracking pokemon (plus speed up and save states). Just curious, but where was Porygon2 in the old update?

BAM! Finally finished. Good thing, too, gotta study. lol Test week still went well. Anyways, this is my final update, with max Pokedex, Max money being carried and over $200k held by MOM.

Mom has max money, just need to max out mine.

tRIUNE: I know I'm not winning or anything, but can I make my brother participate in it, and just do it that way? The name for the character will still be Patar though.

patar4097 : Unless we figure out the solution to your screenshot problem, that should be fine.

If what we discussed didn't work, try one more solution: Try renaming your brother's user folder to User-guest (instead of User-278527) and see if your screenshots will then appear on the retrieval page.

mcollins12321 : Why don't you just have your Mom give enough for max money and submit another Trainer Card screen shot? The Trainer Card screen shot is the only one that counts anyway, if you read the rules. If you do that it will be a three way tie for first between you, DAN and Ruesen.

Postman3 : Actually I'm thinking the tie breaker is going to be from those who submit a 2nd screenshot of the money stored with "Mom" since people are submitting max money and full pokedex.

To be honest, I do not think that to be right, as that is not clearly stated in the rules. Only the trainer profile is said to be submitted.

Mom, although can hold more money, is not apart of the trainer card. Not that I mind including Mom in my entry as money is really fast getting... There is no clear saying that Mom's held money will be included to decide a winner, and to say it now is a little late; we're already halfway through the month.

It would be like saying that all 26 unown will include to the totals as well (which would either need video proof or 26 separate screenshots), since they are technically different pokemon too.

How can the tie be broken if the everyone's trainer card has 999,999 money?

The rules can be changed to determine who has the most money by the amount stored with "Mom". Otherwise there will be no winner because everyne has the same trainer card with max money and full pokedex.

Maybe we could say whoever submitted the winning trainer card first would be the winner.

Which one do you think is more fair?

I don't believe in changing the rules so late though. I actually thought it would be first to post with best stats would win, thus why I posted as soon as I maxed everything out. I WOULD say that is most fair, but it does not help considering I am the first to post maxed stats (unless someone edits their post in with their info, which would make it seem like they posted first).

I would say that the most fair would be to make an official announcement on any addendums, clarifications and so on to the rules of the contest. Said changes should be announced BEFORE someone meets that goal to give a fair chance, but to be honest, I am working on that now as we speak (and it does not take long at all).

If I was running the contest, I would say  that you should include a video to verify mom money so we can see your name and trainer card. I'd also include the 26 forms of unown in the count personally, but again, requires 26 screenshots or video. This isn't my contest though, and I have also done everything that is listed, so all of my suggestions, to be perfectly honest, would be in my favor. :X

ruesen : Most likely if there are only 2 people with full pokedex and max money (like there is now) those 2 could maybe be tied as first place.

I suppose we'll see at the end of the contest if there are others with max money and full pokedex, but as as it stands now, 1st place would already be locked then.

I would not mind sharing first place, personally, as Daniel did help me (and I offered advice to him as well).

I also wanted to add that including mom to the money pit would just invoke a "first person to post with max money wins" anyway since it is so easily done. If any changes to how a winner is declared are made, I highly recommend making an announcement, and depending when said change is made, an extension to those in the running still.

Although no one mentioned it, I want to include that I am against going by playtime as the speed button ruins that, and such a rule change is way unfair to say so late in the competition after so many have worked so hard.In the future, though it would not be a bad idea to say at the beginning of a tournament though, making speed button people a little more careful in how they use it.

Apologies for these sandwich posts, but I figured this is important for competitors to see, otherwise I would be profile or private messaging you Triune.

I don't think you could change the rules so late.  Also, this is an all month event, so making time of completion the tiebreaker would be unfair for anyone who decided to start late or did not see the competition post/thread right away.

I dont think mom money should count... but time on the trainer card Should... (only after pokedex and money of course) 

and not most time either... because you could just hold spacebar all night and crank up the time... id go with lowest time (person who used spacebar the least lol)... BUT it suppose its all up to the owner and however he wants to do it... 

that way if someone wants to catch all 251, max their money and start in the last week of the contest, they could still have a shot at winning if they do it fast enough.

how are you guys maxing your money so quickly? i dont guess I ever tried to max my money...

I only have to catch Entei, Suicune and some herds and then, maxing out the money.
And I vote for a massive tie, changing/adding rules now would be disappointing, and some ones could finish 4th or 5th with a full pokedex and max money ... not earning any Viz. We all played the game fulfilling the pokedex, and maxing out the money, that was unexpected by the creator of the contest, vizs for everyone yay !
