My biggest let down that sticks out in my mind was definitely Final Fantasy 13! I even bought the Xbox 360 just to play it when it was released, They took out the open ended maps and side quests that make a REAL RPG in my opinion. Final Fantasy 12 was so perfect, it blew my mind how Square Enix dropped the ball on such an anticipated title.

I honestly was disappointed at Super Mario RPG. I know that it's a good game and all, but it overall confuses me. The battle system wasn't orderly, the controls took some getting used to, and sometimes the game would freeze on me. I know that most people like the game a lot, but it just wasn't the great game I was expecting.

patar4097 : For me It was  Mortal kombat vs Dc unverise Gawd it was dreadful. while the game was  not bad from the get go  Whenever you did a finishing move or anything It would just be really suckish. Jumper: Griffin's story for PS2, too short, too hard, with a disappointing ending. I felt the only good things about the game were the flamethrower and you kept weapons you picked up during missions at the hideout.

The most disappointing game for me was Fable III.  I really do like the Fable series and the 3rd adaption was the one that was going to beat the others to a pulp.  That's what they said anyway.  After getting close to the ending, I realized that it wasn't that great and it turned into a bore fest after seeing how limited your weapons and magic could go.  I'm sure others liked it but it never fully developed for me.   The co-op feature was really what killed it for me as you couldn't save the 2nd player's stuff.  Unless it was off their own account over Xbox Live.  I'm a huge couch co-op fan and so I was mislead with this feature.  Anyway, long story short... we were promised a lot of things for this game and a lot of it was missing.

My most disappointing was probably Sonic: Unleashed.  I borrowed it from a friend hoping it was going to be a really good game and hoping that maybe the Sonic Franchise was going to be able to pull themselves out of the ditch they were in, but nope.  I really enjoyed it up to the part where you had to play as the were-hog.  I hated it.  I also have a little bit of trouble playing Skyward Sword.  It wasn't like I thought you would be like but I go back to it every now and then trying to like it a bit more because it's a Zelda game haha.

I enjoyed playing the PC game Diablo II from Blizzard, and because of this game I was looking forward to Diablo III to come out. When it did come out I played it non stop, and the game play was amazing, but I was very disappointed in the ending! It seemed to have a very quick story ending, instead of a long dramatic one. This is just my thoughts.
