Hi I have been a newbie for a year now, I am still at level 1. What should I do to go to level 2 ?

dill3v : First off, welcome to the board side of Vizzed. Now, to answer your question, to level up, you just have to post. The longer the post is, the more exp you get. You can also get exp by writing reviews and making threads.

While patar is right, he didn't exactly answer your question. XD

To get off of newbie status, you have to post at least ten times, and be registered for seven days.  Since you've been registered for awhile, all you need to do is post nine more times!  Once you accomplish that, you'll become a member the day after you make your tenth post.

After that, you get post experience by how many words you type.  However, this does not mean you should spam the board, because that's very impolite and can warrant in a ban.

You can gain "trusted member" status by following rules, getting people to know you, and being polite.  People can rate you up or down based on whatever they like, so it's basically a popularity contest.  If you behave well and post often, you'll most likely be rated eventually by other trusted members giving or taking away your trust points.

Those are really the only ranks you can get without being staff or making some big contributions to the site.

Yeah, to level up, you basically have to post along with a reasonably wordy post. A good 1 post is around 25 or 30 words. Oh, the level up thing isn't too important, so I wouldn't worry about it.
