In terms of raw strength, I'm going to have to say Goku (Dragonball Z)
Granted there are a lot of strong characters out there. But when it comes to raw power and strength, Goku seems to be a logical choice.

If it isn't based on pure power and strength I would say Alucard (Hellsing) as he overcomes any opponent in his way.
He is strong but not as strong as Goku in my opinion, so he doesn't take the raw power crown.
But his skills makes up for what he may lack in strength, so that makes him a pretty strong guy.

Well the strongest guy I know is or would probly be out of these 4 people. Naruto, Sasuke, Goku, or Vageta. I would pick those because. They are the strongest in there series. I would really say that they are very intelligent fighters. They are acceptionally skilled and can probly defeat anyone in my opinion. So I would go with those 4 guys there. I highly recommend Naruto, and Vageta are the strongest in there series though so I will pick those people. All of the are good though and I wouldn't say Goku and Sasuke are weak I just like Naruto better and on most games Vageta is way better than Goku was unless you do something to Goku to make him powerful.

I am afraid you are all wrong it is happy from fairy tail, but seriously it could be the ging from hunterxhunter because he managed to create an enitre game enviroment inside the real world that can more or less run its self with nen without him been drained in any way. Little is known about him but we do know that he is far greater than any other character in the anime so far

I think I will go with Ichigo Kurosaki from bleach here.

I have to go with Natsu from Fairy tail.  When someone threatens his guild & friends he does not lose no matter the cost.

I'm going to agree with everyone else, that Goku is the strongest. But there was a video done that compared Goku's strength to Superman's, and Superman actually won out. I thought it was crap, though!

Although technically it is really difficult to match them up as in statistical stat wise.
Anyway I do not see why Goku is so " Powerful " when He-Man is able to pull together continents....

pray75 : The only problem I have with dragon Ball Z is that fights can go on for full episodes and I mean multiple full episodes * cough * Freiza and Goku * cougj * just to have freiza kill himself.... I mean wow... what a waste of power. I really makes it hard to judge them on strength alone.

Dragonball Z: goku,gohan
Bleach: zaraki kenpachi,  ichigo
full metal alchemist: van hohenheim, mustang( flame alchemist) edward, (full metal alchemist), ling/greed, wrath
naruto: Naruto, itachi (obvious reason), madara, gaara, kakashi
fairy tale: natsu, gildarts,Gajeel,
and well.. i'm actually to hungry and lazy to post the other outcomes haha xD

I would say Ganta Igarashi, I mean, he's been imprisoned, lost all of his friends (shiro not included), been in several carnivals of corpses, it's just too much to handle and yet he somehow hasn't even had a mental breakdown. Plus, his branch of sin can cause utter destruction.

It is a toss up between gogeta ss4 or vegito ss4, they are both very powerful when they become a fusion of Goku and Vegeta, they are both extremely powerful and they have power levels in the area of 40-50 billion which is the highest in DBZ. I think Gogeta is stronger because his max against super buu is like 53 billion or something like that, it is debatable who is the strongest between vegito or gogeta, they are both formed through a fusion. Vegito uses the potara earrings and gogeta uses the fusion dance. 


iN008 : Yeah the episodes can drag out a long time, but some of the fights are epic and awesome though, it would be weird if the fights only lasted 1 episode because there is always a fight in DBZ.

To be honest, I can't pick someone to be the strongest.

I mean seriously, each of them are from their own form of "universe" and so their powers are all different and their styles are all different.

You can't obviously compare Naruto to Goku, nor can you compare Mario to Sonic... in general, each character is uniquely strong and powerful in THEIR world. In other worlds, they may probably be one of the weakest around.

That's like comparing a nerd and a jock when it comes to which one is more "attractive"?

To some, nerds are extremely attractive... to others, jocks are extremely attractive... there is no right and wrong answer, but at the same time... neither is better nor worse because it's different to different people.

Basically, power can be DIFFERENT in each world and universe... no matter who you are if you are from somewhere else.
