I don't think he's mafia sided. I think he was town sided and used his power irrationally just to save his own ass and it wound up hurting us. That said, I seem to remember Seishiro using the same power last game, and he was a mafia wasn't he? Is there any way we could find out if he really is town sided? Anyway, you're wrong about the sequence of events in both mafia lynches. I didn't vote at all when Lazlo was lynched. I was busy, and when I finally took a look at the thread, it was clear Lazlo was gonna be the one to be lynched (but you're the only one allowed to be inactive due to real life, right?...). And not only that, when Xenthou switched his vote like you're saying you thought I should have, you called him suspicious... And when I voted for you instead of totaldramaman, he had a grand total of 2 votes against him. There wasn't that much attention being paid to him. But I suppose not bandwagoning and trying to figure something out is suspicious now. Seriously, start using your head or stop wasting our time. I was right about Ktanaqui, who you bandwagon voted for while giving a half-assed reason. Maybe it's worth listening to me instead of voting for me because you don't like the way I'm using logic... Since we only have six votes left (unless sonicmcmuffin wants to claim doublevoter), if there ARE two mafia left, a mislynch and a night kill that hits a townie makes the town lose the game tonight. To clarify why I reference the totaldramaman lynch: Everybody who did not vote for him is dead at this point aside from myself. At one point, silver told you guys you didn't have enough votes on him despite having exactly enough people voting for him to hammer the lynch. Sonicmcmuffin cast the hammer vote, so he's the only other one still alive who could potentially have two votes. The rest of you voted before this was made known, so since you were right at the number of people to hammer and the hammer failed, none of you could possibly have two votes to make up for Ktanaqui's lack of one. Hopefully this argument helps my cause, if only a little bit. My views on who could be mafia: Xenthou : Despite you claiming your role was town sided, I personally do not think overriding the lynch that was gunning for you to kill someone who was using logic to deduce someone's role was a pro-town move. I simply think you were aiming for a scapegoat to help yourself last another day, especially considering everyone who was voting for you on that day didn't even post again to speak their minds on what I was saying until after you used your role. Heck, you even said you did that just to keep yourself alive. Your role, to be fair, also seems to act like that of a one shot governor, except it does more than stop a lynch. I tried finding the name of the actual role on the mafiascum wiki, but I didn't see one, so either silver modified the governor role (which is not guaranteed to be pro-town in the first place) to override a lynch instead of simply stop it, or he made a new role altogether. I'm not sure we're talking about the same person anymore. I do see your reasoning with Xenthou. Since I'm new at this and unfamiliar with the roles, I had assumed that when it was claimed he was town sided that he was, since pretty much everyone here knows more about the game and roles than I do. So what you say does make a lot of sense and I should have thought about it sooner. As far as the Silver making up roles, I wouldn't put it past him. And if governor role isn't guaranteed town, I'm surprised no one else caught it..? Food for thought, at the very least. I'm not sure we're talking about the same person anymore. I'm gonna have to vote for Xenthou here, honestly. As I said some pages back once, I seriously don't see how this role is Town Sided whatsoever, considering he did it to save himself, and technically also did it to take down another Town Role, whether it was intentional or not, Nya~. |

Everything after this post in the last round seems almost exactly like what happened in here. The only difference is that someone died. Since silver was so convinced that it was a mafia only role, I couldn't see it being member-sided.
At the same time, I don't really expect Xenthou to be crafty enough to claim a mafia role is town sided and hope we wouldn't figure it out. Still, he's certainly the most suspicious member we have right now. Wow. All you guys, wow. I've already gotten three votes. I feel like now it's just sort of being pissed off at me for accidentally killing a townie instead of genuine suspicion. Ktanaqui : You should try elaborating for once why you feel that way. If you want anything to get done and you want me lynched, you should say why so people can agree with you. You may not have a vote but you can still try to make a difference. Goodness.

Of course, the latter assumption was made on the premise that that game's rules said it was a scum power, and the former being based on the latter assumption. There was, of course, no evidence to this in the current game. There was even evidence that this game pretty clearly ignored the rules of previous games, but that didn't stop anyone. tl;dr, Xenthou, the Member-sided Meta-gamer, the_casualty, is now dead. NIGHT ROUND. Also, I kinda wish I had changed that flavor, but I forgot to before starting the game. Of course, the latter assumption was made on the premise that that game's rules said it was a scum power, and the former being based on the latter assumption. There was, of course, no evidence to this in the current game. There was even evidence that this game pretty clearly ignored the rules of previous games, but that didn't stop anyone. tl;dr, Xenthou, the Member-sided Meta-gamer, the_casualty, is now dead. I can't, honestly, say why I believe that KG is somebody to be suspicious of. It's more of just a hunch based on, well, nothing. I am extremely lucky with random things - and it can be proven simply because my hunch about totaldramaman2 was correct. And I'm willing to go on and believe that my guess is correct - therefore, I believe KG is mafia.

Before someone gets on my case for this, my wording does not say it is always scum sided. I said it is not guaranteed to be town. This implies that the role can be town, but can also be mafia. The page on the mafiascum wiki says the power can be of either alignment as well, which is the source I was using. My main case on voting Xenthou was in HOW the role was use on that day. Go ahead and lynch me tomorrow if I don't die tonight and the game continues into the morrow somehow. I won't put up a fight. KG : The flavor is the bit between the alignment and the name. for Xenthou, it was "Meta-gamer". While that was hilariously ironic considering how you guys decided to lynch him, it's old. That's from back when he was playing Mafia a lot (I made this role set months ago). I honestly would have picked a different flavor right now, if I could. Probably something that made the event with him changing the lynch make more sense.

It's not just Mafia, KG. I'm lucky with other things too. The lynch on Totaldramaman was just the closest thing I had to throw out. There was also somebody I didn't know giving me $500 worth of keys in-game on Star Trek Online. There was me getting a ship [rare] from a Lockbox when I opened my first one - AND it being the ship that I was seeking, even rarer.
But little of that matters. I assume that you are Mafia. I can't quite pinpoint why, but that's what I believe. I may be wrong - I never ever claim that it's perfect.
