Super Mario has been my life for quite some time now, so that's why I'm here to review Super Mario All-Stars for the Super Nintendo. Let's start the review!

Graphics: 10

Why I'm saying this is a ten is because it looks much better than what you would play on the NES.
Nintendo did do a great job on graphics. But the best graphics were in Super Mario Bros. 3!

Sound: 8

I suppose the sounds are all the same, But most of the sounds have been re-done. Like when you stomp on the Goomba in Super Mario Bros. It sounds nothing like what you would hear on the NES.
So let's move on to...

Addictiveness: 9

This game is so addicting to me, with my own encouragement, I saved the princess in Super Mario Bros. 1! My rating is 9 for "Addictiveness".

Story: 10

Since this game has four Mario games on it, I will be going over all of them briefly.

In Super Mario Bros. 1: The goal of this game is to save Princess Toadstool from the evil King Koopa, Bowser.

In Super Mario Bros:The Lost Levels: This is the same story line of Super Mario Bros. but the levels happen to be changed. Because Japan thought that their Super Mario game wouldn't be so good in America so they just made this.

In Super Mario Bros. 2: Now, they took Doki Doki Panic (A Japanese Nintendo Game) and gave it a Super Mario makeover. This storyline is not like an original Super Mario game because Princess Peach is a playable character. The storyline for this game is when Mario wakes up from a dream he had, he goes outside to reveal what he saw in his dream is reality.

In Super Mario Bros 3: The storyline is like any typical Mario game, You save the Princess from Bowser. Except there are different bosses.

Depth: 10

The depth is a 10 because there are four Mario games on it, and all the games are awesome. I highly recommend playing this game.

Difficulty: 10

I say this game is a difficulty rating of 10 because all the games are hard to complete.

Overall Rating: 10

I highly recommend playing this game at least once even if your not a Mario fan.

GameBoy1023 : Excellent first post and first review! I only wish all first time posters were so good. One of the only real obvious critiques I could give you , is that you probably don't need to put Review By GameBoy1023 in the thread title as we can see who created it by looking at the thread starter.

Just me nitpicking though , excellent review, hope to see more from you in the future!
