Sonic 2 XL. What's with the XL? Well, tell you what. You may think of everything being huger than you and Tails, but you're wrong. There is only one minor change, and that's... Fat.

Sadly, the only thing that really can be talked about is the new fat system, so there isn't anything I could rate since there is only one simple difference.

About the obesity system, according to researching, there are 6 levels of fat. Level 1 is at 5-9 rings, level 2 is 10-14 rings, level 3 is 15-19 rings, level 4 is 20-24 rings, level 5 is 25-29 rings, and level 6 is 30+ rings. When you reach level 4, you can't spindash. At level 5, you also can't turn into a ball when you jump. Also, with each level, sonic has a harder time at looking up. Also, the idle animation changes only on levels 3-5. Level 3 has sonic looking at his stomach and has a :O face when he notices. At level 4, it is almost his normal waiting animation, then level 5 has sonic sweating and panting. When you reach level 6, if you are running, you roll crazily until you stop. At level 6, sonic can't move. After 5-7 seconds, sonic dies because he gets fat. Some say that he dies from heart attacks when he gets that fat.

The only way to quickly lose all that fat is if you roll into a question mark box after loops. Otherwise, if there is none in sight or you can't get to one, just run of some levels of fat, 2 is recommended so you can jump into a ball and spindash again. Springs don't help. If you do get stuck in a spring trap, just let time run out. But if it's your last life, just be sure you have a continue if you get 100,000+ points. Casino Night is the hardest zone, because if you get a 3 jackpot prize in the casino in this hack, you are considered dead as in you overflow the fat. You overflow the fat by 5x the regular amount to die from fat. Also, the death animation after sonic can't move is very creepy looking, his arms are fat, his stomach is so fat, you can barely see his right leg, but can't even see his left leg.

The only way you can see that they make you fat, they aren't regular rings. Take a look at the rings. Not regular, but they look like onion rings. In real life, they never make you fat, but sonic, it does way too fast! The things you will notice with each fat level is that sonic jumps lower, runs slower, and accelerates slower. Sonic's face also changes from levels 2 to 6. In 2, his expression starts to change from his normal face to a face where his eyes are open. In 3 onwards, he starts to get more exhausted until he can't move. This reminds me of  Let me quote: "Curse you, ONION RINGS!" The hack is only fun if you really want to try it. Give it a try, see if you can avoid the rings and destroy Dr. Robotnik without being fat. The fat features makes the game more harder but funny.
