The Guitar Hero series. My fingers have to move like crazy up and down the fret board, so they get really tired and and aching. Sometimes I slide while pressing down to hard, which hurts even more.

bobq : wow that is bad I hope it healed quickly, one game that really made my wrist and fingers sore was playing Rock Band 3 on the keyboard on Expert difficulty. It may not have been so bad if my favorite song to play wasn't Through The Fire and The Flames on Hard which is a lot of fast key pressing, I played it for almost an hour straight before I had to quit because I couldn't tell I had a right hand anymore.
