Hello, What do you think about Steam and their frequent/infrequent discounts?

Acegallaidol : I don't really think much of them to be honest, I pretty much only buy games that i know i'll want to play for certain. So usually they're brand new and won't be on sale regardless.

If you like to buy a lot of games it's great, but it really depends on how much spare time you have comapred to the amount of games your buying.

I feel a lot of people fell into that trap specifically when humble bundle first became a thing as well. I personally did at least. Also in the past i did just buy any game that was slighlty interesting.... i ended up with 1000+ games and i'd barely touched a good 50% of them.

What are your top 3 Favorite TV shows? In the past 5 Years. Tough because there isn't many TV shows in the past 5 years that were really good. I mean, the Santa Clauses was good.

Dauntez : I'll be honest here, I don't watch television. If you want 3 shows that I found enjoyable to watch on Netflix however they would be

Physical 100, A Korean based game show about physical strength with some interesting games, most of the people on the show are Olympic athletes or do work that is very physical in nature. e.g. firemen etc.

The devils plan. Another Korean game show but this time based around logic puzzles and to be the last person standing, also very interesting to watch as well. I basically like game shows, what can I say?

Blue period. It is a very good anime about a guy that starts to love art and wants to enter a university on a scholarship. It's a great show and I hope they have a season 2 of it soon, as I've already read all the manga that's out so far.

Are there any games releasing this year that you're looking forward to playing?

supercool22 : The 2nd part of the Final Fantasy 7 remake comes out soon, I believe, so I'll be playing that for sure. Probably the new football manager in November as I have played them way too much. The new expansion to FFXIV as well comes out in summer, so I'll also be playing that.

Those three are the first that come to mind, I'll be buying other games here and there, probably just to play with friends and such, so I don't know what they would be yet.

Dauntez : Why not, I mean I've changed it quite a few times truth be told over the years. Mostly for jokes, though. I can't change my name back due to the astronomical cost to do so, Viz wise


gamerforlifeforever : I won't go into detail for obvious reasons, but a lot of Japanese fan made games are weird as heck. Anyone that grew up around the 2000s and played a lot of VN's know how wild they got sometimes.

Hmm, I'm always bad at describing my music taste because it's mostly a mix of everything that catches my fancy. A more productive answer is that like

40% Rock/Meta/Other similarity genres
40% Vocaloid/Vtuber/Japanese music (more a region than a sound but meh)
20% Random stuff I found interesting, from old 80s songs to dubstep to bard music etc.

I simply don't go by that name any more, that's all. I tend to change my name every few years online on average anyway as I move from community to community. But the reason I changed it here was because I was being more active at the time (on vizzed and discord) and wanted them to line up so it was easier for people to realise who I was.

I could go into detail about how this name came to be, but I'm lazy.

I don't actually know the answer to this question, maybe like 50 or something I don't know. I was always the person to spend like 12 hours a day in chat than be super active on the boards… Heck, I think a good quarter to half of my posts are from the old forum "games"

Have you seen the latest change to Overwatch? They added a ban option, similiar to competitive League. Do you still play, or did you give it up?

To answer Dauntez's question, the most posts you've made in a day was 149, on July 7th, 2011. It seems like you were selling yourself short with your guess. Your second-most was 88 on April 4th, 2013, and your third-most was 61 on January 11th, 2013. Those are the only days in which your post count exceeded 50.

thing1 : t has been a long time since we last talked. How have you been?
I'm currently dealing with a horizontal impacted wisdom tooth thats badly damaged and i'm currently on a waiting list to hopefully get it removed after the dentist that was going to remove it decided it wasn't financially viable to them, aka they didn't want to do it.. Could take months before any action is take to stop what is essentially half of my face dealing with severe nerve pain. FUN TIMES

I still play a lot of overwatch, just probably at a different time than you do, if you even play it anymore. I'd be down to play whatever.. stadium is pretty fun but just like the perks they added everyone has figured out the strong ones and the like.

I mean the amount of time i spend on Vizzed is practically nil. Like if i was to look at my time spent doing things it'd be such a small number of time spent on vizzed it'd be meaningless to statistically quantify.

The community.. I actually never really played that many games on the RGR when it existed truth be told. Granted most of the community is gone now, but i still like to converse with people regardless anyways whether that be in reality or the net.

What advice would you give the you of 10 years ago? How would it affect your life in the present?
