I looked it up and they say you can only get it with a event game shard and (something I find silly) must live near Japan.

Bass Pro : good luck getting that Gospel chips. It's only available through the use of a cheat engine or special events in Japan. And to answer your question in the other thread you made you have to power up your charge ability in order to charge ur mega buster. Hope this helps. Any other megaman questions u can ask me.
