Iv never been a massive fan of sweets etc, if i was given a box, id be halfway through after 2 months.

I used to be pretty unhealthy years ago, too many crisps etc. I never got fat, just unhealthy. I just stoped with unhealthy stuff altogether.

No crisps, fizzy drinks etc, when i was hungry id grab fruit.

Funny, junk food just dosent taste that great to me after quiting it cold turkey.
Also, h work out a bit, and the thought of losing what iv gained is a great means of self control, i dont wana have to go from square one again.

If im hungry, i might eat an apple. Leftover food (like homemade lasagna), sesame seed bars(just seeds and honey) etc.

If i have 2 things like crisps in one day i feel unhealthy and will only eat healthy things the rest of the day lol.

During summer I usually just drink a lot of soda and have some chips. It's different during the school year. I eat fruits and granola bars after school. The reason why I prefer healthy snacks is not because their healthy. It's because it's not super sweet or super salty like chips and candy.

I've been dieting the past 2 months, so I haven't been snacking much at all lately. But when I do, I go for a sugar free Klondike Bar or maybe some reduced sodium Cheese Sticks. Yoplait Light yogurt and Lean Pockets are great snacks too.

is more expensive for me to keep buying over and over since I'm
a person that enjoys over 14 types of fruits ( also used to make homemade
juice ) , yogurt , fruit snacks etc . I need and WILL start getting my
healthy foods back . I miss eating them . Seeing those foods in
my fridge made me smile and feel better about myself and my eating
habits .

This might be ridiculously embarassing, but I eat Ice Cream, Chips, (the Baked Ruffles cheddar and sour cream) Popcorn, and pretty much that is it.

Stockton90 : Ah yeah, Beef Jerky. Especially the Teriyaki kind. Only problem is how darn expensive the stuff gets. I payed 14 bucks for a 3/4 pound bag a few weeks ago, and ate it all in about half a day... really holding off on not gulping it down. And then I shared it with my grandfather's dog, Eb (for short), who came into town.

Oh... and another good snacking food, so I'm not considered spamming, is banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Better than Peanut Butter and Jelly, if you ask me.
