EDIT: Fixed your spelling errors.

And for us, in states EXCEPT for Victoria, if its proven we knew what their intentions were then we receive a fine (maximum penalty 25,000AUD), the adult would be fined as well (maximum penalty 5,000AUD) and in some cases the minor can also be penalised.

If we dont know, then clearly we cant be at fault. However in Victoria things are different.

In Victoria Secondary Purchasing is NOT illegal. A Parental Guardian can purchase liquor for minors in their care. This even includes smokes. Clearly, the laws in Victoria are out dated and should be reviewed.

So that means that a parent or guardian can buy those things for people who can't legally use them?

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
