This is my favorite game from the 8-bit Nintendo era. The 2012 version has taken a great old-school game and given us the ability to play with today's rosters/NFL format. TSB has always been addictive as your goal is to guide your favorite team to the Super Bowl. What better story can exist than getting the Chicago Bears the championship they deserve? The graphics aren't great, but this isn't Madden. This is a video game in its simpler format. The evolution is further ahead of Pac Man but nowhere near games of today with their toggle sticks and too many controls for old men like myself (I'm 32). I give playability a 9 out of 10. The game itself was a 10 back in the day. This is close and I love being able to use modern players to get my Bears to the Super Bowl.
