Chiki Chiki Boys is an beat-em-up/action/platformer game for the sega genesis that got a lot less attention than it deserved. The graphics are rather mediocre but very original (the first enemies are green peanuts) the music is also mediocre yet original (This song still makes me want to beat the crap out of some green peanuts) and the gameplay is basic run, slash, jump and the occasional bomb.

Whilst this doesn't sound all the amazing and awesome... Which... It really isn't, BUT the varying stages (you can choose the order of the first 3), the very original bosses, the equipment upgrade system and the difficulty all bring it up to a rather manly and entertaining game.

The game whilst rare isn't all to popular so if a cartridge shows up you could easily get it for maybe $5 (WHICH YOU SHOULD BUY).

Other notes and tidbits:

Remember Ocarina Of Time? The last boss dungeon with the castle? Yeah, this game made that first.
This game should also be known for the most accidentally frightening boss intro EVER!
Oh and the true/real/good ending gives epileptic attacks, avoid it.

So yeah, rather rare, rather underplayed, rather AWESOME. You should emulate this game right now! (Oh and, green peanuts, GREEN PEANUTS!)
