not nessesarily... they seem to argue that its the player's choices to say shoot someone in a game that makes it bad... with reference to the murder simulator comment... movies are just stories with pictures...

but yeah, politicians are too old to know... the only video games they ever had to play was standing up and were repetitive, like space invaders and pong and pacman... but i even think its unlikely someone who wanted to be president would waste time in an arcade
