Eh, 39 isn't that much, but then again, I don't think anyone should have more than 50. Scaling it back to how I'd want, you'd probably be closer to 14 or 15 TP. If that. So I guess?

Well, that's more a question for David than me, but the names come from other structures. Most places call the mods either Half Mods, Local Mods, or put simply, mods. The Globals are usually called Full Mods on other boards. I would guess David calls them Global and local because local mods only mod a small portion of the forums. And if you do something locally, you are doing it within a smaller portion of a global community. Whereas a global moderator gets a full scope of the entire forum. Why Global instead of Planet or World? Because Global sounds better I think.

I could, but I'd rather not. I don't mind answering them, but I really don't want to know more about many people. I know enough to get by.
