My favorite PC game is Minecraft, I don't have a lot of PC games except for Zoo Tycoon and others.
Minecraft is my favorite because I love to use my imagination and creativity on that game to build structures.  Also because I love how many famous commentators play and commentate Minecraft which makes me want to play it even more.  Lastly because I love how many surprises await in each time you play it such as finding diamonds or creepers blowing up your house and belongings.

My favorite offline PC game is "Rollercoaster Tycoon" and my favorite online one is Osu!

My current favorite PC Game is a little game called "The Ship"

It's sort of like Murder Mystery...

Every player has a target on the boat. Every player is being targeted by someone else on the boat. Your goal is to kill your target without being killed by your hunter.

The game can get really hectic online.

I heard Sonic Generations is out on PC if I'm correct then I might get it. If I like it it would be my favorite PC game.

Although it may seem a bit overrated, my favorite PC game is Team Fortress 2. I really love the characters, and the gameplay is just really fun to me. I don't normally like shooters, but TF2 is just a lot of fun. The "Strange" kill-counting weapons are entertaining to collect, which gives me a goal to work towards rather than just winning each round. Oh, and there are hats, too, but I don't care too much about those. Apparently everyone else does, though. They make fun of me for not caring. It's pretty hilarious when they do that.

My Favourite PC Game Is Minecraft. Its Super Fun When On Multiplayer.

Kinda depends on whether the game is PC exclusive or not, Nya~.
As a non-PC exclusive, my favorite would be Sonic Generations/Gundemonium Collection.
As a PC exclusive, it's definitely OSU!, Nya~.

My personal favorites are:

-Minecraft: Overall great sandbox which is also very modfriendly. The best fun is on multiplayer though!

-Terraria: Minecraft in 2D, with more content (easier to update for the devs) but with very very few mods.

-Binding of Isaac: The game I am currently playing the most. It's a highly addictive and disturbing game kind of top down shooter. Just youtube northernlion, he has over a 100 parts of the game.

-World of tanks: MMOFPS/TPS/RTS. It's a multiplayer shooter... with tanks. You're a tank, I'm a tank, they're tanks and oh god explosions. The early stuff does not require much thinking, just some basic flanking and a lot of shooting, but later on as you advance through the tiers you'll have to form strategies to find victory.

-Skyrim and Oblivion: 2 favorite games ever, I don't need to explain them, right?

-Dungeon Siege/ II and all the espansions for both: Dungeon Siege is one of my favorite games of all times. I recently found my cd and started playing it again, that game is one of my favorites ever. It's basicaly an RPG, I don't really know how to explain this all that well but you might as well youtube it if you're into RPGs. Sadly, they dropped the servers for the game. Dungeon Siege 2 is the same style of game with just a bit more gore and harder puzzles.

-DC Universe online: Checking it out (it's free but goshdarn huge), having a lot of fun with it playing an Archer with mental abilities. He's also very fast. It's a superhero/villain MMORPG which as a PVE and PVP server. It's also on both PC and PS3 and is thus playable with a controller.

And finally, the game I am anticipating the most is Guild Wars 2, whenever it decides to come out. I personally like to think of it as the MMORPG who will kill all the other MMORPGs.

Oh man, how do I choose just one....

To make it fair, I won't mention any DOS games. I would mention nothing BUT if I allowed myself to do that.

Cave Story
It counts! It was on PC long before anything else!
But it's out on Steam now. VERY worth it! I don't even wanna say anything more about it, for fear or spoilers to its amazing story.



Half Life 2
I admit that I may be a tad biased to this game, as it was the first "Amazing Brand New HD" game I've ever played. Before it, I was stuck with 16 bits and bips and boops, then I played HL2 on my friend's supercomputer and his giant HD TV.... For a whole day while he was at work, I just absorbed myself in the world. I couldn't get enough of it...


Unreal Tournament
While not the best, deepest, or even that accessible of a game, it does one thing very great: high-octane shooting and battles. Gets intense as heck on higher difficulties, when it manages to match you.



Bastion
I know, I know, it's on 360, but it's on PC too, so it counts.
Again, same as Cave Story, the story is absolutely fantastic, but where Bastion really shines is in its presentation. Dat narrator.... Mmm.



Deus Ex
The original and its recently-released prequel Human Revolution. I'm a sucker for a good cyberpunk, and these do NOT fail to deliver. Put in the extremely varied possibilities of gameplay and the rich environments, and.... Well, either of them are well worth your time.



Just Cause 2
Again, it's on the consoles, but the PC version easily stands as an amazing port.
One thing that this game was set out to do, and do better than anything, is sheer fun. It's hard to really grasp or describe until you play it and get the hang of the controls. Once you do, SO FUN.




Serious Sam
Any of them, really.
If you like the old school shooters of the Doom and Quake age, these are gonna be RIGHT up your alley.



Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War
While all the games in this series are amazing, I have to give props to the stand-alone expansion Dark Crusade for being the most solidly made, written, balanced and fun out of all of them. RTS gameplay that's amongst the best there ever was, plus lots of little bits and excerpts that really enhance the lore of the setting.



Tribes: Ascend
Awwww yeah. I don't care if it's still in beta, this game is AMAZING in all kinds of ways.
High speed movement and momentum-built gameplay. It's so amazing just to scoot around the levels, let alone to play.









....I think I'll stop myself while I'm ahead.

Mine is defiantly Minecraft. Once you play it you cannot get yourself out of it! It is so fun it's a big survival game! You even have to find food! It is so hard yet so extremely fun! I rate it 10/10

(sometimes, though, I just don't enjoy playing Minecraft. Its gameplay isn't the best, and without the drive to create, it can get a bit tedious, personally.)

I really prefer the Sims series. I could go on and on about the game! I've always like the simulation genre of games. I think they are very fun. That's just my opinion though. There is also grand theft auto! It's nothing compared to Sims though. It's still a fun game.

I like  Half Life 2 My opinion is its the best PC shooter game of all time.

I'm not a computer gamer really, but my top two are RuneScape and MineCraft.

My favorite PC game would be Team Fortress 2 or Counter-Strike: Source, there awesome!

My favorite PC game is Sims(any of them). Because they are very original, and so addictive. However my favorite online pc game as I see other users are listing, is Maplestory, it's an MMO RPG. It's pretty fun, I was really addicted to it, and I still want to play it. But my laptop broke so I can't. Nice thread.

Hmm... This is a VERY hard question...I'd have to say something like Minecraft or Mount and Blade: Warband.
