You're a student in a duelist school who get selected to be in Silfer Red. A good addition to the yu-gi-oh video games but it could get boring after a while.

Graphics: it's good, but it's repetitive. The school map is too pixelated even for a gba game, and also the background pictures. The characters are well made though, so I guess it's still alright.

Sound: The soundtracks are good, but they could get on your nerves when you start to notice that you're hearing the same sounds over and over again. I played it with sound off.

Addictiveness: You'll be dueling against the same characters until the end of this game, so I doubt I'll likely play it again if ever I finish the game. It's just tedious to repeat playing it, not fun, therefore there's no replay value.

Story: Going to school, dueling, and some short filler stories. I'm not that impressed with the story. If you're looking for a game with a great story line, it's not the game for you.

Depth: All you're able to do here is to battle the same characters over and over again, but it is hard to beat them and you have to use different strategies.

Difficulty: The game is alright,  a bit hard which is nice. If you're new to yu gi oh gb games though you gotta get used to the layouts first before being able to edit your deck without having a headache. 

Overall: It could kill some time, quite addictive at first but gets boring after a while. But still, it is a good game and worth trying out.

I like the review, but I'll make two arguments =)

First, the graphics.

When I play a game, I tend to compare graphics to how other games on the system at the time looked. I feel by those standards, this game was as good as it was gonna get. Then again... it's a card game, lower expectations I guess =P

Second the difficulty, but this is because I have played Yu-Gi-Oh since it came out, and I used to play it religiously. I found the game easy, at least once you got used to what cards you had.

Aside from that though, I agree with you. Great review Juliet =)

Yep, the game is easy, though if played by a beginner, it's hard. The psp version is much easier and I recommend it to people who are just starting out with yu gi oh games.

I don't know if you've ever tried it, but Yu-gi-oh GX Spirit Callers on the DS is a much better game, and I think you'd enjoy that more if you get a chance to play it. I used to play it all the time.

It has a more dynamic story line, and offers a lot of side stuff that some people don't discover.

Well, it doesn't have the best ever like Final Fantasy or most large scale RPGS, but for a Yu-gi-oh game it is far more interesting.

If you want a game with a compelling story on the Game Boy Advance I reccomend the Megaman Battle Network Series.

The games aren't hard and can be incredibly deep if you know where to look. Its one of those series that you can play and the games alone will be great, but the series as a whole is even better.

So... How does this game play? This review doesn't tell me, and that's a major issue with a video game review.

Capitalization:
Some capitalizing issues here and there. Given how short the review is, you should easily just fix this.

Punctuation:
Good, I guess.

Misspelling:
Everything seems spelt right.

Spacing:
Good, except for at the difficulty part, where I noticed a big spacing that shouldn't be there.

Lazy review title:
Get creative and give your review a real title that doesn't just recycle the games name!

Fix all those problems and this could be a good review. The way it is, though, it kind of sucks.

I honestly don't know what to feel having a review feedback after like 8 years lol (the thread says I've made it in year 2011), but thanks for all the pointers. I'll probably not edit the review anymore but I'll keep your comments in mind the next time if there'll be one.
