Pilotwings 64 may seem like a game you can zip right through but it isn't. mostly you might play the game just to unlock the extra games which are fun but some have a neutral difficulty at first. one thing people may sad about is that there is no free flight mode for any of the activities but the game gives you a good challenge that's not to hard to master and not to easy to master but even though there is no free flight mode you can still use the bird man but some people will just choose a random mission and just don't do the mission as if its a free flight mode but the game has a lot of features and you main goal (even if you beat it) is too get perfect on all the missions

This game seems like it was good inspiration for Pilotwings Resort for the 3DS today.

One of my favorite aspects of the game is the tiny details they put into the background and it seems like Pilotwings 64 does a good job of that.
