Bustin' Out was a game that sincerely piqued my interest as a Sims gamer. 
Graphics and sound seem to lack something but I still give them a rating of at least six as it is an earlier game boy advance game.
Addictiveness was an instant 9.
Depth is a seven as it isn't an incredibly easy game but it isn't impossible either.
Difficulty is a seven as well, considering the fact that, once again, while it isn't incredibly easy, it is not extremely difficult either.
Finally we get to story line, which may just be the most interesting aspect of the whole game, that being that there is, in fact, an existing story line that all can enjoy.
After having analyzed all of this, overall, for game play, I give it an 8.4 and recommend the game to any and all who enjoy the Sims series.
