NintendoPower24 : Well the Heatran came exclusive with a collectors tin, and the Azelf I got lucky and found it in one of the booster packs included with the tin.

P.S I also have a Dark Jolteon card a friend gave to me. It's in fair condition, and it's from the 90's, but I'm to lazy to get it out and check. How much is that?
