Yes that little robot who appears in sonic games Like Sonic adventure 2 and battle. That robot who gives you hints, sometimes help... others not much, And sometimes only annoying
In fact one of his dialogues is : ´´Am I annoying you?´´  if you ever played Sonic adventure 2 or similar in which it appears
I think at least once grabbed him and threw it away (or at least think about that)  hoping not to hear him again but returned flying
I personally think that is Only robot that tries to help but sometimes comes to overeat
