Like most people here, I enjoy both juice and milk. However, I will drink milk in a glass more often than I drink juice. Juice has a lot more sugar in it (obviously) and with what I usually eat throughout the day, I choose to limit it.

They're both equal to me. I like milk, but I just see it as a better drinking item than the tap water. 
Juices are delicious, but I, personally, HATE any kind of juice except for apple/orange.

My mom never had juice in the house when I was growing up, only Mountain Dew (which I hate now and never really liked). I never got into juice, the sweetness is kind of offputting for me. I can go or some OJ sometimes with breakfast, but that's very rare. However, I like the strawberry banana V8 Fusion, but mostly because there's that vegetable taste after taste. I love vegetables.

I didn't ever drink milk as a child either, but as an adult I've grown to like it. I enjoy how it goes down so smooth with everything and is filling. Also, I don't care who you are, you really can't beat Oreos or some other chocolatey treat and a glass of milk. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with milk, too!

Unfortunately, I like whole milk best because it's delicious, but it's got all that extra fat and I feel a little guilty, haha. On the other hand, skim milk is watery and nasty, so I settle for 2%. =)

Ever since I started going to the gym I'd have to go with Milk, because it's a good source of protein and calcium... lot more protein than juice lol. Also you don't really have the option to add Nesquik™ to your juice... I mean you could, but it might not be all it's cracked up to be.
