Jade Empire is a game that is a bit like KOTOR. However it is changed by it's real-time battle system.
Here's the breakdown:
Graphics: The graphics for it's time (a few years old now) are pretty well done. Characters look pretty good environments are decent but not overly great. Animations are done well they are very fluid. The effects are well done but a tad bit bland.

Sound: Sound Effects are great. Each punch and kick sound as you would think they would according to the games style. The music was good, but nothing you will be writing home about or humming at random points in time. Voice-overs were pretty well done not amazing but good.

Gameplay and Story
This is the biggest part of the game. The game play as I've said is similar to KOTOR. Except for the fighting system. You walk around in an area until you find an enemey and enter battle mode. Your fighter can be equipped with four different styles at a time, which can be interchanged at anytime. Each stye has it's own strenght. For example, The Thousand Cuts Style is a very fast style, but it doesn't have as much power as others. The White Demon is a very powerful but slow style. The I believe it was Master Strike style is an average between the two. All three of those are fighting styles but there are also support styles, chi styles, weapon styles, and transformation styles. Support type can do anything from slow down or stop an enemy to taking some of their energy, most however cannot damage an opponent. While we are at it you have three different bars, one is health, one is energy (used for chi attacks) and focus (talked about later). Magic type are just like they sound they involve some form of magic ice, stone, flame etc. Weapon type are again what they sound like they let you use a weapon. While using a weapon style you constantly use focus so at first you won't be able to use them as much. Transformation type are last they allow you to transform into certain enemies you have beaten. They consume focus energy as well.
There are several styles in each type. Each style can be leveled up in a couple of ways, more power, faster speed, including chi into your fighting styles to make them do more damage, decreasing the amount of chi or focus the style uses etc. You can really tailor your character to your own style.
There is also the good and evil path in this game and the choices you make affect which side you go down. The story is interesting and has some pretty good twists to it.

A good pickup for the Xbox and I believe it's only $30 or maybe even $20 now. It will give you a bit of playing time.
