I almost exclusively use United for my travel needs. I have status with them because I fly so much for work, and I almost never have an issue with them.

I have flown several other airlines many times throughout the years, but United always seems to be the most consistent.

The online airlines that I will use is Continental. It is more expensive, yes, but the planes are rather comfortable for short and long trips and they allow pets. Most other airlines do not. And to the best of my knowledge, when I decided that I would go Continental only, Continental was the only airline that allow pets at all.
