julesderoy : I'd go with either a 2000 or a 3000. Though, it depends on what you're looking for. I just prefer those because it gives you the option of playing UMDs or Digital Downloads.

Though the PSP Go is a lot smaller, so it's easier to carry around.

Go for a 3000, with a 3000, as stated before, you can both download games, and play UMD's. And if you know what you're doing, you can get homebrew on it, right now, I'm playing Mario All Stars on my 3000.

One bit of advice, don't buy a Go! It's 50 dollars/pounds more for something smaller, and without a few features, such as reading discs, it's not worth it.

I'm with the rest of the posters here. The 3000 is the way to go. It weighs less and has a slightly bigger screen than the 2000. The PSPgo is okay if you're a "play it and get rid of it" gamer, and don't mind deleting old games, or buying multiple memory sticks, to have room for games. However, being download only can leave you with A LOT of downtime since the PSP takes a while to download games at times. I got FF7, 8, and 9 on my PSP and the total download and install time was over ten hours. That may just be me, though. Bottom line - I have a 3000, and love it. I would never waste money on a Go.

Ps3 DUH! The original PSP would be pointless to buy because I don't think those games are made or sold anymore. Same goes for PS2...I was told by an employee at game stop PS2 games are no longer made. It's all about the Ps3
