Definitely every time after I use the washroom, I can't stand touching the little flush handle and NOT washing my hands. I am paranoid about all the germs on that thing, hahaha. I also wash them thoroughly after touching things in a public place like door handles or public transit.

I try to every time before I cook, but sometimes I start making food before I remember to. OH well, it hasn't killed me yet!

To be 100% open and honest i don't wash my hands as much as the recommended amount of times they expect you to. Basically only time i wash my hands is when i use the bathroom/restroom. Are if i'm doing some dirty work. So i'd say about 2-4 times a day for me.
