I'd like to think I'd be in the 30-39 range. I'm not incredibly fast, but this question seems to be more about stamina, which I have. I can run 6 minute mile, so I'd probably be able to run 5 miles in 35 maybe 36 minutes.

An 8k for me at the moment would probably take me about 30-50 minutes. I don't consider that to be slow though. I would get a lot faster if I trained again, but I run to enjoy the pace not really to race it.

Let's see... I don't really know. The last time I ran anything close to that, was a four mile, and it took me about 34 minutes to do that. I was pretty bush whacked at the end of it, too. I don't think I could finish a five mile in under 45 minutes, especially now that I almost never run any more.
