there is an underscore on each side actually.... I think it's there to make it easier to see or something.... are you supposed to have more than that?

maybe it's because there are some people with Viz in the 6 digits.... so they are there to fill in the space that are missing....

Personally I think just fix up your custom code and it will be fine then.
Like right now I would assume your title code starts like [s] or something like that, just chuck a [/s] at the end (if you are using bbcode, html will look different) and it should be fixed.
