Sheesh you guys are ruthless. This one is easy though. Medicham. With its ability, it can drop a Venusaur with one Ice Punch. A move that is also good against Flying types, and can learn dodging moves to boot. Throw in a Shadow Ball TM and you get one solid contender.

I'll pick Shedinja for this one. I think it would be unlikely Pikachu would know any super effective moves against it, making it invincible. I'd have it use detect first to make sure, then hyper beam if the coast was clear.
