I have heard L'enfant Sauvage, I own it along with all of Gojira's other releases. I do think that it is a great album and I like it a lot, but my favorite album by Gojira has to be 'The Way of all Flesh'. Specifically, the lyrical content that is found in 'The Way of All Flesh' really connects with me deeply, on a spiritual level. 

As for some of the other artists you have listed, I have never heard of them, but I will have a look at them on youtube. I find myself less and less aware of the extreme/metal genre as I grow older.

For song, my favorite album of all time is still Smash (Offspring). It still reminds me of my troubled late teens; the songs still appeal to me, especially Not the One ("the weight of the world is on my shoulders).

For music, Final Fantasy 8 is still the best video game soundtrack ever (although Final Fantasy 10 comes in close second). It was such an improvement from Final Fantasy 7; you could swear it was played by real instruments.

For humor, I hesitate : l'Album du peuple 3 (and volume 2 for France) are both equally funny. Help me decide!!

My favorite album of all time is "Days Of Future Passed" by The Moody Blues. Great progressive album from 1967 that blends pop and symphonic music. I don't own the CD of it but I do own the vinyl of it.

Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin,always been my favourite since I was about 12,there is not one bad song out of the 15 tracks on the album.
So many good songs to choose from,there is the 11 minute epic "In My Time Of Dying",which features some great slide guitar playing or there is "Trampled Under Foot",a very cool and funky song and not the usual bluesy rock that Zeppelin are known for.
Then there is "Kashmir",a true rock epic and a big favourite with lots of Zeppelin fans or "In The Light" with it's excellent intro and psychedelic sound and "Sick Again" which is a good melodic rocker and features some fine vocal work from Robert Plant.
So I would say that is my favourite,so many to choose from but Physical Graffiti will always be number one to me

Not that uncommon I know(especially today with Phineas&Ferb) but adds a bit of lasting flavor to the show as far as I am concerned. Favorite tracks from the album are Planet Net, Break Away and Angel of Mine(aside from the show's theme song). If you want to hear the tracks, here are a couple links. One for the English version and one for the native French.

My favorite CD is Alive 2007 by Daft Punk. It is the perfect mashup of every song that Daft Punk has made, and it's a great travel album, because I like all of the songs, and they're not just random sounds, they actually make sense in the mash ups and that's hard to find.
