I prefer Nick because Disney is making way to many sitcoms that aren't funny or entertaining at all and Nick has better sitcoms and cartoons than Disney in my opinion.

Nick, no contest Disney has to many shows based/made for little kids and there sitcoms are not funny and are random and don't make much sense plot wise. I also like Nick better because well it has Spongebob and actual cartoons.

Id say Disney even though I like either anymore.
I wish they would bring back toon Disney though it used to be my favorite cartoon channel.
Now boomerang is the only cartoon channel I watch from time to time because it doesn't have any of those sucky sitcoms which are pretty much all the same thing but in a different setting.
