I give it a 6/10. You have to go through a bit of trouble training that little cacnea, unless it's emerald. then it should be rather easy. Plus, it's a 2 stage evolution. Finally evolves @ 32.

Exeguttor is a pretty decent pokemon in my opinion, it has some pretty good stats, its Hp is its best at 394 at max, then its special attack at 383 which are both really good. I think it is a really excellent grass and psychic pokemon and it knows good moves like solar beam which does 120 damage, and extrasensory hat does 80. Both of those are very good, powerful moves.

So overall, this is a pretty good pokemon, with great stats and good moves, I rate it an 8.5 out of 10 which is very good by my standards.

Okay I am not going to sugar coat anything, this pokemon sucks, all of its stats at max are 174 which is pretty bad, all except for its hp which can be 264 at max which is better, but it still below average. It is a weak pokemon and it has the ability to learn some okay moves like giga drain which does 75 damage and is learned at level 22. It can also learn solar beam and double edge, each of which do 120 damage. So overall it has lousy stats but the moves are okay which balances things out from giving this pokemon a complete zero.

But since it is still really awful, I am going to score it a 4.5 out of 10. It is just to horrible stat wise to be any higher.
