Milk chocolate leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've had really high-end milk chocolate, but I can't help but like the taste of dark chocolate better. There is no aftertaste or weird feeling in the back of my mouth.

I don't want chocolate to taste like candy. I dislike candy. I want it to taste like cocoa.

I loooove dark chocolate, especially when it's got a whipped filling or it's mint-flavored. Whoever put dark chocolate and mint together is my personal hero!

I think dark chocolate blends its flavor better with real vanilla bean ice cream than milk chocolate. The sweet, creamy flavor of the ice cream goes well with the deep, bitter flavor of dark chocolate.
