Alright, y'know minding my own business, watching youtube....
When suddenly I found this video by a Japanese guy named SuperRockmania!
I could not believe my eyes! A remake by Japanese people! NOT CHINESE!
When I saw the video I was astonished! It was everything I asked for.

But one problem when I got the program....it had no music or sound like in the video.
Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LplytE0UaY
Have you seen the video? Good.

In the comments section I look around if anyone knows where to get it or what the file name is.
Apparently TheValsalvaManeuver said it was called ff7fcwin_ver008 and you can obtain it on a japanese site.

EDIT: You maybe wanna use you imagination when playing this game like in the 1980's. xD
I downloaded it and played it and guess what? NO MUSIC NOR SOUND!

But the gameplay was fascinating.

Unlike the crappy chinese remake, this game has an atb bar, text during battle, and best of all LIMIT BREAK!!!

It's ok, I most of the time mute the sound to play some of my music on iTunes.

Oh right, you want to try it out. Here's the link to the original game:

http://www9.atwiki.jp/fcarchitecture4ff7/pages/19.html

I think you need to get cassette2.zip and extract it with the game itself.

I think your all set then. Just have a great day, and comment what you think about this demake by great japanese programmers.

This version at first seems better than the FF7 Chinese remake due to having better graphics and music, however, there's a lot missing from this version, I noticed a TON of scenes were missing and based on the videos I saw on youtube, after the first scene it doesn't even follow the storyline anymore.

Davideo7 : From what I heard, this project was cancelled for about 2 years.
There is no update from the team making this game.
There is a NES Rom in cassette, but I cannot find 1 or 3.

Cornelious : Maybe my FF7 Chinese remake team can take the music and graphics from this and use it for the Chinese Remake. Incase you didn't notice, we have a forum dedicated to upgrading the FF7 Chinese Remake to giving it better graphics, music, and other updated features.

Davideo7 : Ok. I hope this helps.
If you need the nsf (NES Sound File) I found it here.
LINK IS REMOVED

If you need more help you can PM me.

But sorry, I can't do stuff like hex edit and hard stuff like that.

I can only get files or sources.

EDIT: Ok, because geocities doesn't exist anymore, the link is removed.
