I've tried CamStudio and a few other programs, but they all make most games lag for me. Some of the simpler GBC and NES games can run, but any others (SNES, N64, GBA) all lag whenever it starts recording.

Does anyone know of any programs that run on less RAM so the game will run at a normal pace. Keep in mind that I'm looking for a completely free program.
