What would you do if you could piece togeather diffrent things from diffrent games in the series to make the perfect FF?

garland and sephiroth should make an alliance or something along those lines and maybe throw kefka in there too lol.

That would be intersting to say the least lol.

I would mix and match stories charachters play style items from each and almost everyone of them

yeh and of course cloud would have to be one of the main characters lol

Cloud of course, Zidane from FF XII, and Cecil from FF IV three ma charachters think that I would like.

I don't know if i like the idea of blending them, at least not to make a mainseries game(Dissidia is awesome btw lol). If i had to, i'd just blend the concepts, like maybe make a hybrid battle and leveling system combining the best of many ideas from older games. Plus, there has to be a good item/materia/summon/esper system or whatever you wanna call it. The Esper system from VI was a great idea in my opinion.

If your talking about blending any FF games, just make an entire Final Fantasy Tactics game based around just the judges and judgemasters from FF Tactics Advance and Advance A2. That'd be sweet to see an entire party of just Judges and a Judgemaster as leader.

I never finished FFTA, but I liked FFT(I have the enhanced PSP port), and I guess I liked FFT better just because of how the plot was.

See you guys are starting to get to the gist of what I meant. I mean a blend of it all, chaachters game type battle concepts everything example, I gave you three main charachters in a prior post, go from there

I'd love to have the battle system and the skill system of Ff XII. Bring in various weapons from diffrent parts of the series diffrent items, and take the esper system from Ff Vii or VIII in my opinion.

there should also be a blend of the old card games from ff9 and ff8. i wouldnt include anything about blitzball though...

Okay I would have these characters as my protagonist

-Auron (FFX)
-Lulu (FFX)
-Vivi (FFIX)
-Vincent (FFVII)
-Agrias (FF Tactics)
-Cecil (Dark Knight Form) (FFIV)
-Paine (FFX-2)
-Squall (FFVIII)
-Shadow (FFVI)

Antagonist would probably be
-Kefka (FFVI)
I'm keeping it to one antagonist.

The game play would be like X (I like the turn system) but would be switched to Tactics style game play in certain parts of the world (It's extremely addicting for me).

Everyone would basically keep all the same powers they have from they're original games and the experience system would be a cross between the spheres of FFX and the level system of all the other ones. Every time you level up you'd get so many ability points to use to buy ability's from a sphere like grid. Unlike X, however, you would not have to backtrack on the grid to get to certain ones and instead of needing special spheres to unlock ability's you would just need to be at a certain level (this idea is a bit flawed atm but I'm working on improving it XD.

For the story you would have a choice between all the protagonist and after playing the game once through you could play on Kefka's side of the story. Whoever you choose would just be the main character. You'd still be able to get all the other characters during the game (unless you're Kefka, you'd just have hundreds of minions at your disposal, they would probably have a job system).
