I'm trying to add stylized usernames to the opening post of the Vizzed Records thread, and I've been able to do it without issue if I try to imitate how someone's name normally looks or if I try to imitate the Rainbow Banner. However, I've been having trouble with the TdV Jerseys.

Here is the code that I am using:

The part the refers to the jersey is background-image:url("https://www.vizzed.com/images/jersey/Jersey-Blue.png");. In this example, this should be the Blue Jersey. This is what comes up when I use inspect element on a name that has a jersey. When I run this code through W3 Schools Tryit it works. However, when I add it to a post on Vizzed, it does not. Everything else works, but the username does not have the jersey behind it.

I have noticed that the code changes when I go back to edit the post to look like this:

I'm not sure why it's changing or whether or not it matters; I'm not that proficient in HTML.

I'm probably doing something really basic wrong, but I can't seem to figure out what. Does anyone have any insight?

Uhhhh I think it is a filtering issue. I'll test in this post, if it doesn't work, just ignore all of this. I also am probably not the right person to answer this but I'll give it a try.

Edit: It did not work, sorry.

My attempt of it. In a signature it looked like it kinda had the background.

Edit: Looks like just remove the quotes on the image url.
If you want I can send the code in a pastebin or just edit my post to copy and paste the code.

I copied your code from the post and put it in the opening post of Vizzed Records and it didn't work. It automatically added the quotation marks again. Even though I have layouts disabled, I noticed that the code from my layout was still in the post header and signature. I thought maybe that was messing with it somehow, but it still didn't work after I removed it.

What the code looks like when I click edit post:

Just for testing purposes, let me try copying your code here to see if it's an issue with me or something with that thread.

Pokemon x Edit: I added code and it weirdly works with me putting it in.

tgags123 Edit: Seems like it's an issue with me somehow. The quotation marks were added with this post as well.
