lol that was pretty funny. i used to be the iron chef of pounding milk but over the years i realized im lactose intolerant. every now and then though when im feelin reckless i gets down with the white gold.

I usually drink around 3 glasses a day. Depending whether I do anything active or not, I may drink more water or no water at all.

I absolutely can't stand tap water at my house, so I only drink a couple cups a day. I usually drink milk or apple juice, with orange juice in the morning. But I have to cut back on milk because it interferes with an antibiotic I'm on to control my acne .

I drink about a litre a day, half of what I should be drinking. I never really get thirsty. But, if I count the fact that I drink Energy drinks after playing sports, then I drink about 1.25 or so litres of water.

I'm more of a liquid person as oppose to a person who eats every couple of hours.
I try to drink as MUCH water as possible...
Because not only is it extremely healthy for the human body..
It keeps my skin looking flawless and youthful.

A common misconception is that you need to eat all your necessary square meals a day as well as drink 8 glasses of water. This is not true. In fact, your body just needs some form of liquid (whether that be in the form of juice, milk, beer, etc.) and there's water in just about everything that you eat too so that's even less actual drinking that you need to do to fulfill the 8 glass amount. Drinking too much is just as bad as drinking too little, although, drinking too much will drown your lungs and you will die faster (in a few moments or so when you reach the point of no return).

In any case, I can not say. I am always drinking something, but, I never keep track.

This is basically due to the fact that I don’t keep set hours and sleep at odd hours so I pretty much done run on a day/night clock. I do have an occasional cup of coffee and do enjoy orange juice on occasion.

I came into this thread thinking, "alright, a thread about how much we "drink"", and was going to post about how I can't since I'm in a hostile environment. Then I saw "water". Ohhhh. Hehe.

Well, being in the Army, we're required to drink water all the time (although some people indulge themselves with soda and other things non-hydrating). Drink water is crucial to us, especially in hot environments. Many a soldier has had a heat injury because they weren't hydrated enough. As for me, the weather here in Afghanistan is getting colder each day, so I'm drinking a lot lest than during the time I was in Qatar waiting to get here (the damn sun over there pounds on you like the Rodney King incident).

I have this really big water bottle and it's the only thing that I drink out of.
(I'm very clumsy,having a closed top container cuts out a lot of spills)
It holds 16oz,I think.In the summer I drink 2-5 bottles a day,depending on how hot it is and 3-4 in the winter.I guess I stay pretty well hydrated.
